Support & Maintenance

You can receive free the newest update that have the same major version number as the product you purchased and you can also gain direct access to our technical support team. Support is available via e-mail direct from Bethel Ingeniería.

Subscriptions are available at 20% per year of the current Perpetual License price. For all our user registered is free the first 90 days of support and maintenance.

Training is available on site and can be co-ordinated individually with the customer in Panamá City.

EDU / Non-Profit / Gobernment

The discount offered is at Bethel Ingeniería's discretion, depending on the type of organization. Discounts can be requested by the following: schools, colleges and universities, charitable organizations, churches, municipal and government organizations. Proof of status is required from the organization.

Licensing for individual engineer, architect or drafter are available on our software products. Save 10% on our software products. Only one license per individual use.

Shipping Information

Electronic Software can be downloaded directly form our website. Software on CD-Rom is shipped if you prefer. Product will be shipped within 14 working days of order - anywhere in the world. We use DHL.
